Jade Falconetti – New York/Cheyenne

Jade made her bones through the revolving door of several Madison Ave agencies, eventually carving out a NY-style niche in her own little corner of Wyoming.  In setting up shop, chief among Jade’s “walking points” as president was the introduction of a new philosophy (speaking of “revolving”) she coined called “Idea Revolver.”  Under this mantra, MercHad would look at brands from different perspectives:  the brand (who their market is, who their competition is, how they’re different), the reality (where the brand has been, where they are, where they’re going – good or bad) and finally, the revolver – applying a successful theme from a completely different vertical/industry and testing/observing/analyzing what happens.  The ideas and innovations resulting from this have been staggering and monumental.

 

Innovative thinking of this sort prompted Jade to strike out on her own – away from the constraints and roles which mire standard, rigid, garden-variety ad agencies.  The outcome was measured, real-world results for clients ranging from Acura to Volkswagen.  To keep this level of client satisfaction up, Jade divides her time between New York and HQ in Cheyenne in order to nurture the “I.R.” philosophy… too much time in NY results in a disconnect with reality… too much time in Cheyenne results in a disconnect from the leading edge of emerging trends.  A proper blend creates a “just right” space.

 

Kristen Van der Veer – Chicago.

Years of executive level experience gives Kristen the seasoning and scope our premiere clients come to expect.  Her off-beat ideas and style mesh perfectly with the MercHad philospophy.  Kristen embodies the “no fear” aspect of our company.  No – not the “Fear me!” bravado/b.s. our x-chromosome challenged brethren sport – but rather the “Put forth the craziest, unorthodox ideas, concepts and rule-breaking models one can” with no fear of failure.  So-what if it doesn’t pan out?  She and the MercHad team know, eventually, one or two (or many) will.

 

Kristen joined us at our inception and (thankfully) she’s never looked back.

 

Jonathan Falconetti – LA/Cheyenne/Dallas

Keeping it all in the family, Jonathan freely admit’s he’s riding his sister’s coat-tails – and is proud of it!  But seriously, Jonathan heads up the Los Angeles office, bringing in new business, while over-seeing our in-house production team on new projects for clients.

 

Christian Henry – Dallas

A 35-year resident of of the Big D, Christian plays an active and prominent role in the local business community, working with a broad range of clients and media outlets.  A polished media professional, Christian’s primary goal is to build long lasting relationships between clients’ brands and their customers.  This strategy relies heavily on the MercHad philosophy: provide new, thought-provoking and innovative ideas to our clients they never could imagine, themselves.

 

Aaron Adelstein – San Francisco

Aaron runs everything digital and technical, with a core understanding of sales and marketing, to boot.  His philosophy in a more complex and technical world?  “Keep it simple.”  To MercHad (and Aaron), digital advertising is a jumble of silly catch-phrases and buzz-words.  People are forgetting that there are people on the other end of a message who have emotional triggers just like in every other medium since the dawn of time.  Aaron is grounded in the fact that clients most times don’t know what to make of all the changes, so they look to us for help online and mobile.  Not surprisingly, Aaron takes the lead with all aspects of integration.

 

Madeline Audrey – London

Madeline has spent her design/art direction career in International Events.  In 2006, she set up her own agency in London, Audrey Design, specializing in the creation and implementation of print and broadcast ad campaigns for international brands in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.  In 2007, she couldn’t resist the opportunity to expand into the U.S. by joining forces with MercHad and has been an integral part of the team ever since.  Her hands-on approach and experience in international business practices is indispensable to what MercHad offers it’s clients.
